Our Psychology Services
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy can be a great way to address recurring feelings of sadness, worry, and irritability and identify healthy alternatives to self-defeating behavior. Therapy can also help restore self-confidence, find solutions to personal problems, and gain insight into relationship concerns. As licensed psychologists, we utilize evidence-based therapies that have demonstrated effectiveness such as cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. We integrate clinical experience and scientific knowledge with compassion and kindness to meet the diverse needs of our individual clients. Find out more about how individual therapy can help.
Couples Counseling
Couples counseling can provide welcomed solutions to disheartening relationship problems, such as recurring arguments, unresolved differences, growing apart, feeling like roommates, and so on. Couples counseling can help restore connection and communication, rekindle love and intimacy, and rebuild trust and safety. As couples counselors, we provide a safe, structured, and facilitated process that treats the relationship as the client. We work with each partner, equally, and help couples work on their relationship in healthy and productive ways. Learn more about how couples counseling can help.
Mental Health Assessment: Neuropsychological & Psychological Testing
Drawing from the fields of clinical psychology and neuropsychology, our assessment services can assist with diagnosis, treatment planning, and provide information and insight to better respond to cognitive, emotional, or behavioral difficulties. Some common reasons for referral include brain injury, dementia, attention deficits, and behavioral problems that might be related to mental health issues. In our evaluations, we assess cognitive and psychological ability with the aim of clarifying diagnostic considerations and determining useful treatment recommendations.
