Denver Place | Mile High Psychology

Welcome to Our New Office at Denver Place

As of January 17, 2025, I am meeting with clients at our new office in Denver Place, located in the heart of downtown Denver. I’m excited to welcome you to this exceptional space!

To ensure your visit is as smooth as possible, here’s everything you need to know about locating the office, parking, and building access.

Office Location and Directions

Denver Place: 999 18th Street (between Champa and Curtis)

Our office is located in the South Tower, on the 30th floor (Suite 3000), within the Denver Place complex. Spanning an entire city block, Denver Place features an expansive lobby with convenient amenities, including a coffee cart, a sandwich shop, and popular restaurants such as Syrup and Zocalito Latin Bistro.

Parking Options

  • Garage Parking: Enter the underground parking garage from Curtis Street. Once parked, take the elevator to the 1st floor lobby.
  • Street Parking: Metered parking is available around the building. The entrance closest to the South Tower is at 18th and Champa.

Finding the Office

Steps to Locate Mile High Psychology:

  1. Enter the building and head to the South Tower elevators.
  2. To access the 30th floor, visit the security window near the elevators for assistance.

Building Access and Security

For added safety, elevator access is managed by building security. Here’s what to do:

  1. Let the security staff know you’re visiting “Rob Leach with Regus (office managment company) on the 30th floor.”
  2. They will contact Regus staff to confirm your visit and assist with elevator access.
  3. No personal information is required.

I understand this process may feel a little cumbersome, especially on your first visit. To ensure a smooth experience, please allow an extra 15 minutes when planning your first trip to Denver Place.

While the extra steps may take some getting used to, I hope you’ll come to appreciate the new building, enhanced security, and on-site amenities.
